Local Home Inspectors generally serve all of Collier and Lee Counties, some home inspectors travel
from all over the state of Florida to perform inspections here. We have never understood the need to hire a home inspector
from Tampa or Miami to do an inspection in Southwest Florida when so many qualified and experienced Home Inspectors live in
the Fort Myers and Naples area.
Will your Cape Coral home inspection cover the HVAC system, the roof, plumbing and
electrical systems? Does the Cape Coral home inspector have errors and omissions insurance and provide a warranty with the
residential or commercial inspection? Property inspections vary in scope from inspector to inspector in Cape Coral.
Your home inspector should hire a Certified Indoor Environmentalist for any mold inspection/testing concerns. The mold
inspector involved with any home inspection should have MOLD errors and omissions insurance as well as liability insurance
Homes with Chinese (reactive) drywall have been identified in the Cape Coral area. Chinese Drywall
problems are an environmental issue, consumers would be wise to hire an inspector with Errors & Omissions insurance
for their assessment. An Industrial Hygienist or a Certified Indoor Environmentalist can get E&O for Chinese Drywall
inspections. Home Inspector E&O does NOT cover Chinese Dywall inspections or mold assessment.
Radon & Mold Professionals has more insured board Certified Indoor
Environmentalists (CIE) on staff than any other company in Southwest Florida. office: (239) 498-4619

Mold Inspections are often performed at the same time as the home inspection. Consumers are best advised
to hire a mold professional for mold assessment. An AmIAQC board Certified Indoor Environmentalist

Cape Coral home Inspectors know that mold inspections / testing and radon testing are not part of
any home inspectors "standard of practice". Many try to perform these services as a side job to make extra money.
The professional home inspector will always hire someone qualified in mold assessment and able to interpret lab results to
perform their mold inspections. Cape Coral home inspectors should always and are required by the state of Florida to
have radon testing performed by a Florida Department of Health certified Radon Measurement Business.
Home Inspectors in Cape Coral often perform Home Inspections in Bonita Springs. Home Inspector
in Naples travel to Home Inspections in Fort Myers,Home Inspections in Estero and Home Inspections on Marco
Island.
