	Bonita Springs Boat Parade 2007
About 30 boats entered the boat parade this year. Everyone did a fantastic job, the entire group at the Radon & Mold Professionals dock cookout thought this was the best parade yet. More lights & more boats, it was great fun. The Nelson dragon was as always a favorite with young and young at heart. The Happy Feet boat was our favorite this year. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

You should always have an independent mold inspection company perform your mold assessment "FIRST". A professional mold inspector (CIE or CIH) will determine if property has a mold/moisture problem, identify and document the sources and write recommendations for corrections.

Cleanup recommendations and any testing should follow nationally accepted industry standards.

An ethical remediation company will recommend a preliminary mold inspection by a qualified independent mold inspector.

The new Florida Mold Law will not allow remediation companies to inspect and perform remediation on the same job within 12 months. Why would a consumer wait till the new law is enforced? demand it now.

Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV)
Popular for improving indoor air quality.

Energy Recovery Ventilators are used in South Florida cities such as Naples, Ft Myers and Marco Island for reducing the indoor radon levels.

468.84 Legislative purpose.-

The Legislature finds it necessary in the

interest of the public safety and welfare, to prevent damage to the real and personal property, to avert economic injury to the residents of this state, and to regulate persons and companies that hold themselves out to the public as qualified to perform mold-related services.

468.8419 Prohibitions; penalties.-

(1) A mold assessor, a company that employs a mold assessor, or a company that is controlled by a company that also has a financial interest in a company employing a mold assessor may not:

(d) Perform or offer to perform any mold remediation to a structure on

which the mold assessor or the mold assessor's company provided a mold assessment within the last 12 months.
