Home Inspection: Collier & Lee Counties,
- Home Inspector should carry General Liability Insurance.
- Home Inspectors performing mold assessment should have "mold specific" Errors and Omissions Insurance.
(a requirement in the new Florida Law)
Mold:
- Never decide if home has a mold problem based soley on just lab analysis.
- Mold Report should include, scope of work, documentation of suspect conditions, source with photos and Infrared photos
also recommendations based on accepted industry standards.

have noticed familiar names disappearing from real estate rosters, home inspector lists.
About 140 home inspectors and thousands of Real Estate Agents have moved on to other things in Collier and Lee Counties.
We have been working a lot, our best year in fact, so we really haven't paid much attention.

Sooner or later something will be missed. You just can not see everything that is wet with the naked eye.
